I think the cost of rent is cheap….

Onitsha being the most developed and commercialized city in Anambra has a renting cost between 200,000NGN and 300,000NGN (Annually) for 3-bedroom apartment.

While, Awka- with so much infrastructure, has the most influential people in Anambra living in it’s region, the average rent of 3-bedroom is 500,000NGN

Oil,cassava and rice are gotten cheap in Anambra.The foods mentioned are easily produced or manufactured within the state,making it available and cheaper.
